📍 On Saturday, the 17th of June, the T20 Secretariat together with the KAS Multinational Development Policy Dialogue (KAS MDPD) launched its Global Climate Alliance white paper series providing recommendations for policy-makers on how to take accelerated climate action.
📍 During the launch, Shri Jayant Sinha, Member of the Indian Parliament and Chair of the Indian Standing Committee on Finance, held an insightful keynote speech on how to increase Global North-South collaboration to achieve the climate targets set out by the Paris Agreement. His address was followed by an engaging panel discussion featuring three youth climate leaders Maxime van Hoeve, Caillum Hedderman, and Jessica Ndlovu. The event was moderated by Karin Jancykova, Programme Manager for Climate and Energy at KAS MDPD.
