The speakers will discuss their views on the importance of the constant need for development of the Rule of Law especially in the EU candidate countries as it is the case with the Republic of Macedonia. In addition our guest speaker from Germany, Ms Elisabeth Winkelmeier-Becker, Member of the German Bundestag and Spokesperson for the parliamentary group of the CDU/CSU for the Committee on Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection will give her contribution to the topic with information on the German Rule of Law and constant need to development.
