Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Regional Program ADELA, SALMA Dialogue and Crime Stoppers International are hosting the 3rd edition of the "SALMA Dialogue for Peace and Security: For a more Efficient Maritime Security in the Central and South Atlantic" Conference.
Taking place by the end of February, in the Palace San Martin in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This Conference will host political, military, economical experts and researchers from Africa & Latin America with their fellows from Europe and North America.
The ultimate "raison d’être" of such gathering is the strengthening of international cooperation efforts to address mutual challenges, in particular those related to maritime security in the Central and South Atlantic.
