Tackling constitutional challenges on the road to the European Union: Perspectives from SEE accession countries

The project has as an objective to maintain, deepen and further expand the debate on the impact that the process of European integration will have on national constitutions in South-East European accession countries and is a follow up on the 2011 KAS RLPSEE-sponsored regional conference with in-depth exploration of country-specific issues and experiences.

The research and analysis component will focus on five EU applicant countries in South East Europe, namely Albania, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
