The lecture is held by Jacques Rupnik, Senior Research Fellow Sciences Po, Paris. Rupnik is Advisor to the European Commission (since 2007); Member of the scientific committee of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague (since 1998); Visiting professor at the College of Europe, Bruges (since 1999); Member of the scientific board of the Prague Institute of International Relations (since 2007).

The lecture takes place on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at 3.00 p.m. at the New Europe College, and will open the second edition of ‚One World Romania’ Documentary Film Festival on Human Rights, lasting until March 23rd.
