Fifth training session within the Leaders for Justice 2015 is entitled “Evaluation and Feedback. What Else You Need to Know to Make a Good Leader ” and includes:

  • Leaders for Justice vision revisited. What did we learn from the Leaders for Justice program? Where do we stand with the common project? Development of special skills – what else do you need to improve (Trainer: Mihai Dragoi)

  • Insuring transparency and integrity in the German judiciary: lessons for Romania? (Speaker: Thorsten Geissler)

  • The role and potential of young professionals in shaping a lasting change of the Romanian justice system (Speaker: Prof. Valeriu Stoica)
