Details
The one week long study visit to Berlin is part of every edition of the Leaders for Justice leadership programme for young legal practitioners from Romania. This year, the agenda includes, among others, a visit to the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, participation at two court sessions (civil and penal), meetings with representatives of the German Associations of Judges and of Attorneys, a meeting with the Ambassador of Romania to Germany, a tour through the German Bundestag, meeting with the General Prosecutor of Berlin.
