Details
The conference, entitled “Strengthening Magistrates Associations in South East Europe – Managerial Development, Participation in Decision-Making and Cooperation”, will take place in Bucharest (Romania) on 26-28 October 2011, and will gather representatives of judges and prosecutors associations from the countries of South East Europe and of the German Judges Association.
The purpose of this conference is to exchange experiences regarding management abilities and reaction capacities of magistrates associations in SEE, as well as their ability to promote the interests of magistrates and influence decision-making in the justice system. Furthermore, we want to encourage regional networking which can also help tackle some of the most frequent challenges that associations of judges and prosecutors are confronted with.
