On 25-28 Feb 2009 the ASEAN ISIS COLLOQUIUM ON HUMAN RIGHTS (AICOHR) will be held for the 16th time. Human rights organizations and their representatives from all over Southeast Asia will assemble in Manila to address current human rights issues.
