How Public Private Partnership can offer a sustainable Approach to developing Kenya’s Infrastructure
This is a regular early breakfast dialogue forum that addresses various topical issues pertinent to the rule of law from political, legal, social and economic angles. On 5th April 2016, Mr. Stefan Kauder, Senior Advisor on Public Private Partnerships at the World Bank shared his thoughts on the role of PPPs in infrastructure development in Kenya and the requisite legal regime. In attendance were entrepreneurs from both public and private sectors, scholars, legal practitioners among others.
