Programme Co-ordinator Mr Richard Shaba welcomes participating PAMOJA stundets to the discussion roundtable and informs them on KAS and its work activities in Tanzania.
PAMOJA representative Mr Fidelis Deus gave subsequently a brief presentation on the student initiative PAMOJA and its founding principles.
With the first speech, Dr. Kassala explained the principles of a Social Market Economy in Africa and thereby directed the students' attention to the "Arusha Declaration" of 1967.
The particpants listened attentively and had many questions ...
... which Dr. Kassala was happy to answer.
But also the students were confronted with critical questions, as here by Richard Shaba.
Also Fidelus Deus was challenged by puzzling questions about ehtics and social and moral thoughts, but did not hesitate to find well-thought answers.
KAS Tanzania intern Caecilie Radert eventually introduced PAMOJA students to the realities of a social market economy in Germany from a youth perspective.
All PAMOJA students were very interested and revealed their intention to make a social market economy in Tanzania a reality.
