Workshop
Details
The research findings from the previous research project suggests that the poor and vulnerable population in the Northeastern region have faced multiple risks and insecurities, especially in 3 areas of low income, chronic health issues, and poor housing condition
To address these issues local government officials will (1) analyze and indicate pain points of the current social protection schemes and other related elements that prevent effective public service delivery or the people’s access to government support, and (2) suggest an outline of potential intervention and policy recommendation for social protection. The output of this project will be a valuable government perspective on social protection of the poor and vulnerable people and collaboration for inclusive growth in Northeastern Thailand.
