According to the new constitution of Thailand 2007, the Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions (SCP) of the Supreme Court of Thailand has gained more important role and function in adjudication of political cases.

This seminar shall provide a forum for judges, legal experts, academics and the public to discuss about the new role and function of the SCP from various perspectives as well as about the court procedures according to the new constitution.
