The Sustainable Amazon Forum has the mission and vocation of promoting productive dialogues with the potential to reduce differences. With a wide representation of different sectors of civil society, the forum counts on the significant participation of communities and traditional populations, essential for the construction of representative consensus. Therefore, acting proactively to encourage the maintenance of the standing forest, the protection of local communities, and the effective elimination of deforestation in the region. The main contribution that Brazil can offer, at the global level, to reduce the impacts of climate change.
