Details
The economy is digitizing – does the legal framework has to “digitize” as well? This question keeps legal experts, legislators and stakeholders busy – both on national as well as on European level.
In order to give an impulse to the political debate, BDI – Federation of German Industries and the law firm Noerr LLP took a closer look on crucial legal questions arising for the digitalized economy by conducting a survey with legal departments of numerous German companies. In addition, Noerr LLP prepared a comprehensive legal report on these questions. We would like to present to you the main findings of the survey and report and to discuss them with the authors, high-level representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament and the business world.
