Congress
Details
Artificial intelligence is not a niche topic, it has arrived at the centre of our society. Its influence on key areas of our lives is growing daily and it holds enormous potential for tackling relevant social challenges.
"Hi Ai - the AI congress for everyone" is aimed at AI professionals as well as beginners. With our congress, we want to reach not only political decision-makers and creative minds, but also users of all ages. Together, we will take a look at the potential of artificial intelligence in the areas of democracy, education, business and innovation and explore the following questions, among others:
- What contribution can artificial intelligence make to strengthening democracy?
- How can misuse be prevented? What regulations do we need?
- How can pupils and teachers use AI applications profitably in education?
- How can AI-based systems and processes contribute to increasing the productivity of national economies while taking sustainability aspects into account?
- And how can Germany and Europe remain competitive in the global race for AI solutions?
Join us and say "Hi Ai" together with us!
We are sorry. Unfortunately, this event is fully booked.
However, further events and publications on the topic of AI will follow.

🇩🇪 AI for more sustainability or unsustainable AI? The potential of AI is in our hands.
AI and machine learning are powerful tools to support the fight for a liveable future within the limits of our planet. Whilst AI is not a panacea, there are many opportunities to promote more efficient resource use and support adaptation to a changing planet. The impulse offers inspiration through application examples from our work in industry and with cities as well as through the presentation of some innovative applications from research.

🇩🇪 Political Communication: Defend democracy against the dark side of power
Germany is on the brink of the 2025 general election. In our simulation game, unscrupulous actors are launching a disinformation campaign that is partly based on AI tools. Now it's up to you! Defend democracy against the dark side of power. In the simulation game, we will take on different roles. The activists try to uncover misinformation and protect democratic values. The media representatives have the responsibility to verify information and report objectively, while at the same time having to cope with the pressure of disinformation. In the role of a politician, you try to find the balance between the use of AI and the protection of democratic values. Sounds good? But then there are the populists. In the simulation game, they use AI tools to mobilise the masses and stir up unrest.
20-25 people can take part. It is an advantage to have a laptop with you.
