In addition to the institutionalized meetings and fora, such as the 55th session of the Human Rights Council and the World Health Assembly, the latest Geneva Barometer offers you insights into negotiations whose outcomes will set a decisive course for multilateralism as such and for the United Nations system (e.g. the pandemic agreement and the Global Digital Pact as part of the Pact for the Future negotiated in New York).  

In both cases, these processes have not been completed yet and are taking place in an increasingly polarized atmosphere, which not only manifests the formation of camps but also reveals the tensions between questions of international solidarity and national interests.
